Welcome to rtacabinetshq.com. We are committed to delivering your ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets and related products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies carefully to understand how we handle orders, delivery timelines, and shipping conditions.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving full payment.
• Processing time does not include delivery, assembly, customization, or custom painting.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Custom, special-order, or out-of-stock items may require additional lead time. Customers will be notified by email or phone of any delays.

Shipping Methods

• Most cabinet orders ship via LTL Freight (via R+L Carriers) (palletized and shrink-wrapped for safe transport).
• Smaller items (not exceeding 90 inches in length) such as moldings, fillers, trim, and hardware may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
• Small cabinet orders may ship via FedEx or UPS if they qualify for Standard Ground Shipping. Contact us for details.
• Items over 90 inches can be trimmed to qualify for Standard Ground Shipping and lower costs. A trimming fee may apply. Contact us for details.
• Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit time is separate from order processing and may vary based on destination and carrier performance. All transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

• LTL Freight: 5–10 business days
• FedEx, UPS, USPS: 2–7 business days
• Local Delivery: 1-3 business days (within 60 miles of Philadelphia)
• For local deliveries beyond 60 miles, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup is not available.

Storage Fees

Orders will be delivered once items are pulled from stock and/or assembled. If delivery is delayed more than 10 business days after assembly a $50 per day storage fee per order will apply.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery ranges from 7–14 business days from the original order date, depending on your location.
• All deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise specified. The driver is not responsible for moving items inside.
• Please arrange for adequate help to unload and move your order upon arrival.

Delivery Destination

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and disclosing any potential obstacles that may affect truck access. This includes but is not limited to:
• Narrow streets or driveways
• Absence of parking or unloading space
• Low-clearance bridges or weight-restricted bridges
• Low-hanging trees or obstructions on driveways or local roads
• Kitchen cabinets are often shipped on large-scale trucks, including semi-trucks, which require adequate space for safe access and unloading.
• Failure to disclose access limitations may result in additional delivery charges, rescheduling fees, or inability to complete delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, order size, and delivery location.
• Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on the website.

Inspection & Delivery

• Inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
• If you notice visible damage or missing items:
• Note the issue on the delivery receipt.
• Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
• Notify us within 48 hours at sales@rtacabinetshq.com.
• Hidden damages must also be reported within 48 hours with photos. Failure to do so waives the right to claim.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the continental United States only.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• We take great care to ensure products are well-packaged.
• If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or lost shipment, contact us immediately with photos and details.
• We will replace only the damaged or missing items, not the full order, unless the entire shipment is unusable.
