Shopping Information
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
How long does shipping take?
Typical transit times range from 5 to 14 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Processing time for most orders is 2-5 business days after full payment.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship most cabinet orders via LTL freight (palletized and shrink-wrapped) to ensure safe delivery. Smaller accessories may ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight. Occasionally, we offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be displayed on the website.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is not typically available for cabinet orders due to the size and weight of the items. Contact us if you have specific delivery deadlines, and we will do our best to assist.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Simply select your products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions. You can also contact us via email or by phone to place your order over the phone. An email with a payment link will be emailed to you.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipment but not 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Inspect your delivery carefully.
If there is damage or missing items:
- Note it on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of the damage.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, unassembled, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or special-order products are non-returnable. See our full Return Policy.
How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards as well as money wires, Zelle, checks or money orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your information. We also are hosted by one of the largest e-commerce platforms: Shopify.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law. Taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Can I get a receipt or invoice for my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and receipt via email after completing your purchase. We do not provide Business Invoices.

What does RTA mean?
RTA stands for Ready-To-Assemble. These cabinets ship flat-packed and require assembly before installation.
Are RTA cabinets difficult to assemble?
RTA cabinets are designed for easy assembly with basic tools. Each cabinet comes with detailed instructions. Most homeowners or contractors find them straightforward to assemble.
Do you provide assembly instructions?
Yes, each cabinet comes with printed instructions, and digital versions are available on our website.
Can I get help with cabinet design?
Absolutely! We offer free kitchen design services. Send us your measurements, and our design team will create a custom layout for your space.
What materials are your cabinets made from?
Our cabinets are made from all-wood construction, with plywood boxes, solid wood frames, and durable finishes. We do not sell particle board cabinets.
Are your cabinets in stock?
Yes, we specialize in stocking popular cabinet styles and sizes for quick shipping.
What makes RTA cabinets different from pre-assembled cabinets?
RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) cabinets ship flat-packed and require assembly on-site, while pre-assembled cabinets arrive fully built. RTA cabinets offer lower shipping costs, faster lead times, and are often more affordable because you save on labor and packaging.
Are RTA cabinets good quality?
Yes! Our RTA cabinets feature all-wood construction, soft-close hardware, dovetail joints, and durable finishes. They meet or exceed industry standards and are suitable for residential and commercial projects. Did you know that ALL kitchen cabinets start our in some way as an RTA product? The only difference is that they are pre-assembled and sold as assembled.
Can RTA cabinets be used for professional projects?
Definitely. Many contractors, builders, and designers prefer RTA cabinets due to the combination of quality, speed, and budget-friendliness. They are ideal for both single-home renovations and large multi-unit projects.
How long does it take to assemble an RTA cabinet?
Most cabinets take 15-30 minutes each to assemble, depending on your experience and the cabinet type. Base cabinets are generally quicker than wall cabinets or specialty units.
Do I need special tools to assemble the cabinets?
No special tools are required. A drill, screwdriver, rubber mallet, and wood glue (optional) are typically all you need.
What if I lose or damage some hardware?
Contact us! We keep extra hardware on hand and can ship you replacements.
Are the cabinets customizable?
RTA cabinets come in fixed sizes and designs but offer flexibility through: Moldings (crown, base, scribe), Fillers and panels, and Decorative doors and corbels.
Do you offer sample doors?
Yes, sample doors are available. Contact us to request samples and see the quality and finish in person.
